Unless noted, all machines are tested before they are listed to ensure basic operating functions. Prior to shipping, RSI technicians clean machines. Setup and installation by a factory trained technician is highly recommended. In the case of units purchased for computer connectivity printing, a trained service technician may be necessary in the installation. A professionally trained technician may need to make adjustments to the equipment due to the vibration or motion of the product during shipping Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. There may be handling charges added for additional packaging for shipments, such as palletizing, bubble wrap, etc. For calculation of freight charges in case of additional factors, you may send an email your shipping address. Please specify (1) whether the location is a residence or business site, (2) if there is a dock height warehouse at the location (for businesses), and (3) whether there are any stairs involved in the delivery or if it just needs to be lowered to ground level from a truck (if it is not dock height).
